This colorful balloon makes a great addition to a porch or deck area as it easily catches the breeze with it's fade and weather-resistant polyester fabric panels. These panels are mounted onto plastic to help keep the balloon's shape as they are attached to two hubs and spin on a center axle for added stability. Add a curlie or twister tail (sold separately) to the bottom for an added effect!
