The Rainbow Glitter 6 Panel Hot Air Balloon Ground Spinner is made with colorful holographic, reflective Mylar panels that are stain, UV and weather resistant. The balloon features a hub and axle system that allows for smooth revolutions and durability. Hot Air Balloons ship flat and are easy to assemble. Just insert the 6 fiberglass rods into the top hub and bottom basket. A 2-piece fiberglass pole, metal coupler and ground stake is included.
