The Jumbo Rainbow Glitter 8 Panel Hot Air Balloon Spinner is made with colorful holographic, reflective Mylar panels that are stain, UV and weather resistant. The balloon features a hub and axle system that allows for smooth revolutions and durability. Hot Air Balloons ship flat and are easy to assemble. Just insert the 8 fiberglass rods into the top hub and bottom basket. A heavy duty, ball bearing swivel is included for hanging.

    I get a fair amount of wind and they are beautiful on the patio in the backyard.
