    Excellent wind balloon, works like a "top", spins beautifully in the slightest breeze. Looks to be made of quality materials and should last a long time. This is my second wind balloon, and it is changed parts from my six panel by the same company. This one will hold up to faster winds than the six panel. Made of heavier materials.
