Hot Air Balloon spinners have great visual appeal as they rotate in the wind. The Rainbow Whirl 10 Panel Hot Air Balloon Spinner is made with printed holographic, reflective Mylar panels that are stain, UV and weather resistant. The balloon features a hub and axle system that allows for smooth revolutions and durability. Hot Air Balloons ship flat and are easy to assemble. Just insert the 10 fiberglass rods into the top hub and bottom basket. A heavy duty, ball bearing swivel is included for hanging.

    This was the second one that I ordered. The first one lasted well for five years. The sun faded the first one after five yeats.
